I do remember having to create data files on the VAX in SAS and then sending certain flat files to a Win server for another dept who had PC SAS. have no SAS :( so I am unable to experiment for you. dbf files of the sets which the remote clients could probably see across the network. If that is not successful you could experiment creating. I would think you would need the SAS ODBC drivers to access the remote data.
